Hey everyone!
Over the last year, many of you have emailed me asking for new features, faster performance, better servers, and modern upgrades. I hear you — and I agree that these improvements can make the community even better.
So now, we’re preparing for a major upgrade, and we need your support to make it happen.
Our next goals include:
- Upgrading to faster, more powerful servers
- Adding video-sharing features
- Introducing a karma and rating system for users
- Enabling reposts and community sharing
- Building group chats with categories
- Improving overall site performance and speed
- Making the site more search-engine friendly
- Moving to a new, more professional domain
- Making Sltrooms a fully independent platform
- Separating Sltrooms’s login, user accounts, and profile system from SLTB
However, this development phase will take approximately 6 months and requires bringing an additional developer on board to work alongside me. Since I’m currently involved in several other projects and don’t have enough time to handle all this development alone, hiring another developer is necessary. This is something many of you have specifically requested through your messages and emails.

A note from me:
You’ve known me for a long time, and this site has been running for over two years. Every promise I’ve made has been delivered, and even during the times when the site faced interruptions, I always worked to bring it back.
I also want to be completely transparent: I personally don’t need this money. Every donation ever made has gone entirely into the project — not a single dollar has been used for personal benefit. Even the ad revenue the site generates has often been reinvested into improving and maintaining the platform.
But I want to make something clear: this upgrade is completely optional and entirely up to the community.
